Publisher review:The bar can be used for showing important content across a website.
Opening and closing the bar is done via a simple jQuery slide animation.
The entire bar has a nice style to it, but if it doesn't fit a certain project, it can be changed by modifying the CSS.
Optionally, at page load, the bar can be set to load in a opened or closed state.
